1. Dispose of all plastic packaging.

New mattresses may have a new smell that may take a couple weeks to dissipate. Air the mattress regularly, and keep mattress dry and avoid humidity. Use a mattress protector for hygiene and to prevent soiling and staining of mattress.

2. Replace the old foundation.

An old box spring may not provide sufficient support. It may appear that your new mattress is sagging when it is actually the box spring, which supports the mattress, that has become worn out. Use proper frame will ensure that your warranty remains in effect.

3. Turning your mattress.

Flip and rotate your mattress occasionally from head to toe, every few months will help it wear more evenly, prevent body impression and lengthen the lifespan of the mattress. If your partner is significantly different in size from you, this is particularly beneficial.

4. Don't Jump

Don't use mattress as stepping support, bend or jump on it. It will cause damage to spring unit. Abuse is not covered by Warranty.

5. Sit on the edge 

Edge support is a very important component of mattress structure. But be sure not to repeatedly sit on the same part of the edge when putting on clothes and shoes, first waking up in the morning, or just sitting for a few moments. Just like the center of the mattress, repeated pressure could wear away at those edges.

6. Chemical cleaning

Don't use chemical or cleaning agents on the mattress. It will cause damage to the fabric. Vacuuming and spot cleaning with a mild detergent are recommended to help keep the product sanitary.

7. Lifting

Don't lift your mattress by its handles. Handles should only be used for positioning the mattress on the foundation. Handles sewn to a mattress are not designed to support the full weight of the mattress and generally are not covered under the warranty.

8. Out with the old. 

Arrange to have your old bed removed and disposed of. Don’t give it to kids, relatives, guests or neighbors or try to donate it to a charitable organization. If it wasn’t good enough for you, it isn’t good enough for anyone else.
